Housing Bubble 2.0 - Home Equity vs. Lack of Cash Flow - How Will It Effect Foreclosures ?

According to the Mainstream Media's Housing Narrative, everyone who is behind on their Mortgage payments, still working through Forbearance, or facing Foreclosure should be able to easily solve their problem by simply selling their home as they should have a record amount of Home Equity available to them now. Yes, that does sound like an easy or quick solution, however we never hear anyone discuss the fact that all the late payments, escrow advance and fees will add up and chip away at that Equity. Additionally the assumption is that every home sold will sell for top dollar and prospective Buyers will over pay for homes that need repairs or are out dated. It is interesting how no one actually considers the reality of the situation at hand.
