Do you struggle with constant back pain? Well unfortunately I can't erase the issue but I can offer some movements and poses that will help you find relief! This video is a 20 minute practice that focuses on the low back as well as the muscles around that area. Everything is connected in the body so if the muscles of the back are tight, then the muscles connecting to that area will also be out of sorts.
