**For those of you who don’t know Who Marc Elias is here are four significant points about him and possibly the significant elements of the Durham Investigation to today:
Elias is known for:

Flipping Elections, or Trying to Do So
Elias helped turn a few Democrats who appeared to have lost on election night into winners.

Role in ‘Russia Collusion’ Narrative
Elias was responsible for hiring Fusion GPS, which is deeply involved in Durham’s investigation

Mail-In Voting Lawsuits
In 2020, Elias led lawsuits around the country to change state laws to allow for expanding mail-in and absentee voting, and to allow the controversial practice of ballot harvesting, during the Rona pandemic.

*Two years ago, Elias filed more than 20 lawsuits in 14 states and vowed to double that by the end of that election cycle
*Elias is the founder of Democracy Docket, a website devoted to election litigation.
He began the 2020 election cycle as general counsel for Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign. ** He ended last year as lead counsel for Joe Biden’s presidential campaign, fending off dozens of lawsuits from the Trump campaign after the election. Emphasis Added!

Federal Court Sanction
In March, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sanctioned Elias and other lawyers with the Washington-based law firm of Perkins Coie for filing a “redundant and misleading” motion in a case over a Texas law that scrapped straight-ticket voting.

** So the question here, is Durham attempting to breakdown Elias to get him to speak or face long term prison sentences? Or will he receive one of the now famous Hilary Clinton Suicide notes if he does?
**Is Elias guilty of interfering in the 2020 election and possibly Voter Fraud?
**What will happen if Durham can prove the Election was a fraud?
**You see there are a lot of Carnival Barkers out there making claim about this and that, but have no legal standing or legal power to do anything about it, but talk and file lawsuits that will go nowhere and are a distraction.
**Durham on the other hand does have the power, but as I stated the legal process is long and drawn out which is why many of us are concerned about how fast the criminal cabals involved in destroying our nation will move prior to the 2022 November Election.
**Or is Durham just another distraction or even part of the Conspiracy to Destroy Our Nation and is just keeping us all occupied as We The People are being led into doom?
