His MindBodyHealth journey started at the age of 12 when he started martial arts and Bruce Lee and Jean Claude Van Damme became his first inspirations. As a teenager he was incredibly open minded and was a critical thinker which has served him up to present day.

Originally from Slovakia Elvis took the step to move to the UK in 2015 and within 6 months sunk into a very dark depression and gained 20kg. In this podcast you will learn how he managed to climb out of this dark time and then move to Sweden and now having embraced the law of attraction, manifestation and visualisation is creating and living his best life and turning his passions into his work.
