Attorney Robert Barnes talks about recent news reports about a proposed WHO Treaty that would allegedly be binding on the United States.

Without 67 votes in the US Senate, it has no force of law in the United States. Treaties cannot be amended post facto by the other side and be enforceable without the same approval. I'm sorry, that's not how it works. The language of the treaty has to be carefully debated by the Senate.

Our immediate threat isn’t the WHO, it’s US Courts letting the CDC and FDA get away with murder. All the WHO has the power to do is give helpful suggestions. That’s were the focus needs to be. The WHO Treaty story is a distraction.
