Starting off with Wednesday, with my usual day-long team meetings.

Good news is that I've been getting 9 hours of sleep regularly and it's doing wonders for me. I wake up a little grogy, but it gives me enough energy to focus and push through the day.

I also unbox a new Oura ring, as mine has aged and reached the end of it's life span, so I get to share another unboxing experience with you guys, and even share my opinion on the new Oura ring model.
