Electronic Items from the store Dirt Cheap are often customer returns from other stores. This Pilot brand Dash Cam appears to be one of these items. Instructions and one of the cables was missing from the box, but the dashcam, mount, and car charger were there, so I gambled on this 60% off product! Price before tax... $13.15!
