We all go through circumstances where we get desperate and try new things to gain the advantage. I heard of a potential home buyer in Bethesda, Maryland that went the extra mile. The housing market is tight and she included in her offer a pledge to name her first-born child after the seller. Unfortunately, she was unsuccessful in her bid. In our difficulties, let's lean into Christ instead of trying something new to gain the advantage.
