Ukraine releases video of soldiers ‘near Russian border’

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence on Sunday (May 15) released a video it said showed soldiers in the Kharkiv region and near the Ukraine-Russia border and gathered near a blue and yellow boundary marker.
