Chronic stress puts the body into a catabolic state of “breaking down”, it suppress our immune system, and cause many other detrimental health issues.

Also Chronic pain can lead to complications beyond physical symptoms, such as new or worsened depression, anxiety, and difficulty sleeping. So these both are big part of true health.

Today we’ll be learning another great modality that can help us release stress and rebalance our bodies. And we’ll be talking about how the two can be linked. This is a modality that I’ve personally been using for over 6 years now and it has not only been life changing with mitigating my chronic hip pain but also its really impacted my overall wellbeing.
