Are Alphas Born or Created?

Why alphas are created by their environment and actions and not simply just born that way.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a guy who says he has really struggled for the past ten years of his life. He was always a beta male in the past with his old friends and peer group who still see him that way even though he has changed immensely. His life is slowly getting better. He has a new girlfriend, a great job and is slowly getting his life together. New people that he meets treat him with respect and because of his experience he is convinced that alphas are made, not born.
