This recording will assist you to raise your vibration and increase the frequency your body vibrates at to a rate that is in the highest for you in this moment. By doing this you will be releasing lower frequency vibrations, blockages, belief systems and the like - at the same time bringing in more and more of yourself, your true self.

This is a gradual process to not tax your body too much. If the frequency would be increased too quickly, your body literally would blow up as it would be too much for it.

Listen to it as often as you feel called to it. There is no right or wrong way to do it.

Have it run in the background or while sleeping. Meditating while listening to it is also a great way to speed up the results.
