Charlotte Mecklenburg schools have been rocked with complaints of ignoring brutal sexual assaults causing the district to crack down on Title IX reporting. But now a special needs 1st grader has been charged with distributing porn in school and after parents complained, was charged with a separate charge of sexual harassment the very next day - a charge he denies and for an incident for which there were no witnesses. Sloan will interview this child's father about the way he says this case has been mishandled and the damage done to his family.
