Hello everyone 👋🏻.

This week I scrapped our old dryer en melted the aluminum and copper. It wasn’t much but every bit counts😁. I’ve got the steel but I’ll take it to the scrapyard. Would you be interested in how much it weighed and how much I’ll get for it?

What do you think of the “pov” view? I kinda like it, but I’ll need to fine tune it. Because on the footage, during the pour, not all was on screen😔. But I’ll get it right 😁.

The infrared thermometer: I like it. It does what it needs to do. So I’ll use it for low temperature melts: tin, zinc, lead, and maybe brass🤔. I’ll use it so I don’t overcook or overheat something 😉.
