In today's episode we will complete (2 part mini series) the FINAL ground preparation work with both the Bobcat E42 mini excavator and the Bobcat T650 CTL skid steer. Of course we'll have some fun doing it as well. Join us in the cab of the Bobcat mini excavator and the T650 skid steer as we work on final property clean up of this raw property land investment, skid steer dirt grading, excavator digging dirt and grading and more. I actually thought that today we would be doing the final grading with the skid steer and SR3, but that just didn't quite happen. However, we did finally complete all of the pre planting dirt work, clearing more junk, filling in low spots, rough grading and filling wet areas, and setting out wet dirt to dry in the sun so that we can finally finish grade and plant the new lawn areas of this 8 acre investment property.
