Child Confronts Family With Bullwhip, Altercation Ends With Discharged Firearm

Info from Licensor: "A young kid came to our home and beat on the door with a whip. When asked to leave, he hit our car with a whip and left a deep scratch. Kaufman County sheriffs were called, but were unable to make a report or press charges because the kid was 9 years old. The officer failed to show the kids father the video and never mentioned the damage to our vehicle to . My husband came to the kid's home to ask the father if he's seen the video or knew about the damage to the vehicle. The dad came to the door with a loaded gun and refused to watch the video. As my husband is walking away, the dad put the gun down, then picked it back up and discharged the gun while his daughter was behind him. The police were called back out and they arrested the 9-year-old's father for deadly conduct."
