Rain. Wind. Cold! May 29, 2021

Lori Fiechter here on a chilly, windy Memorial Day Weekend. We had about an inch of rain in the past week and a dramatic change in temperature! Some pluses and minuses for the garden: the lettuce and potatoes look great but the onions got a bit knocked over from the unexpected wind storm yesterday.
The cooler weather appealed to Rocket--being his crazy, energetic self again!
Happy Memorial Day Weekend to all my fellow citizens out there...my Dad, a WWII vet, died last December so I'll be looking for the little American flag at his gravestone...bless those volunteers who carry out that task!
