Subtitles for Canal 44 report:

Unfortunately, because officials have only portrayed the Dunes of Samalayuca as the primary tourist attraction other components of the area have been overlooked that are no less important. For example the remnants of the Mogollon culture approximately 1000 years ago. Of all the corridor that is in the tourist district of the desert around Samalyuca, perhaps the most culturally important are the petroglyphs. They depict figures created by the Mogollon culture nearly 1000 years ago between 900 ad to 1300 ad. This site is not well known, it is visited more by foreigners, they come to look for this site more than people from Juarez and Mexico.
