I've received quite a lot of questions in the Comment Sections of my previous fitness videos. "I've had a knee replacement and can't kneel. How should I adapt my workouts?" "How do I get past a weightloss plateau?" "I have vertigo and have trouble lying down for some of the exercises." In this video, I pull from my years of expertise as a personal trainer, aerobics instructor and fitness coach to address your questions. To benefit the most from my workouts, invest in some lightweight, inexpensive equipment***It's always important to have the proper tools to do any job right!
In life, make this count! Put on that workout 'uniform'; follow my lead; come back tomorrow and do it again. It's NEVER too late to look better! And, nobody can shape your body like you can. God gave you the clay, but left it to YOU to sculpt. So, let's get to work and sculpt that MASTERPIECE! 💪🏻
