Market Comments:
The S&P 500 regained 4000 after being oversold.
Interest rates and stocks rose.
Fed Chair Powell and another FOMC voter indicated support for 50-basis-point rate hikes in the next two meetings based on recent inflation data.
The USD is above the Euro.
The technicals continue to show improvement.
Fear is still extreme.
S&P 500 is in correction territory.

The preliminary Univ of Mich Index of Consumer Sentiment dropped to 59.1 (expected 63.5) from the final reading of 65.2 last month.
