Indiana Gold!

Lori Fiechter here with one of Indiana's best-tasting products: sweet corn! Although Indiana is more known for our popcorn, I think we have the best tasting sweet corn (and tomatoes!) that you could ever eat. Take my word for it.

I have an older video that shows the entire process, so this video is just a snapshot. We froze 16 pints of Sweetness variety corn today--that is from 1.5 rows of sweet corn. We have another 8.5 rows to go (mostly Serendipity) --but staggered, not all at once, thank goodness!
