Green Sriracha???

I don't think that green sriracha is a thing...or it wasn't until today. 😄
It was just too long a title to write "Fermented Poblano and Jalapeño Hot Sauce."
Because I was happy with my red fresno/red jalapeño sriracha, I thought I'd use up some of my hot unripe peppers. It made a huge batch! Probably several year's worth for me...but it was a fun experiment!

For the recipe, look at the previous video on Fresno Sriracha. I used 1/2 and 1/2 jalapeños and poblanos. To do over, I'd throw some green sweet peppers in the mix! And I would leave out the onion.
