Ground-breaking garden video...literally!

Garden season 2022 has officially opened! We had winter temps; we had summer temps; we had wind; we had more wind! The garden looks so much better with all of the winter weeds tilled under. We have a lot to plant yet in early May but right now we have: 3 snap/snow pea varieties; 3 potato varieties, onion sets and plants; shallots; garlic; spinach, lettuce, kale, and cilantro.
We covered the potatoes and peas with straw; Stan covered the onions with grass clippings (haven't tried that before...I'm a bit worried that grass will hold in too much moisture, but I didn't volunteer to weed them!)
