Biden working ‘very hard’ to ease baby formula shortage

Frustration is mounting in the United States over the country's baby formula shortage.
The crisis has worsened in recent weeks with more than 40 per cent of stores reporting they are out of stock.
US President Joe Biden met with baby formula companies this week to discuss measures to increase production.
“This is a process, we are working on it very, very hard,” Mr Biden said.
“I think we are going to be making some significant progress very shortly.”
