May is Mental Health Awareness Month, so I wanted to bring you the important story of Cheslie Kryst. When most people picture a depressed person they don’t usually think of someone like Cheslie because she seemed to have the perfect life.

She was intelligent, loving, crazy gorgeous and was even Miss USA! What did someone like that even have to be depressed about? Well, that’s why I wanted to talk about Cheslie and share her story with those that may not be aware.
