50 and 52 Arverne | Season Two | Walkthrough with Fuquan

In this episode, we see Fuquan going to a tax auction, purchasing 6 new properties, and starting phase 1 of renovations.

We see the first two properties gutted down to the beams, and work being done on roofing and windows. After 2 weeks of renovations, the progress on the properties conclude phase 1, with completed exterior siding, windows, and roofing, as well as reframed interior beams to change the layout of the property.

Phase 2 is up next, starting with plumbing, HVAC, electrical, insulation, and fireproofing, before going on to the next objective - to get the rough inspections.

In the end, Fuquan shows us the layout of the 2-storey, 6-bedroom, 2-family property.
