Edmund had a live stream not too long ago, the main topics as per usual involved The Binding of Isaac and his upcoming title Mewgenics, brand new information was in sparse supply here but he did let us know that one of the boxes in the Isaac subscription service box would be delirium themed so that was cool at the very least.
It's no secret that Delirium isn't viewed in the most positive light for the majority of Isaac fans but I think his design is cool enough that I definitely wouldn't mind some merch themed off of him. No word on which box in the subscription service this will be but it will be included.. Eventually.

Tarnished Eden is getting some slight re-designs in an upcoming update, no details have been released outside of that. I personally thought the character was fine as is and at the very least was more fun than Tainted Eden but.. I trust whatever direction the dev team wants to take the character.. Wish I had more details for you guys but we will have to just wait and see.
They also conducted a fan poll to make some changes to tarnished Maggie, with the majority voting to keep her base design principles with some slight tweaks.
I truly envy people who are waiting to play this mod because the longer they wait the more characters they'll have to play with and the more adjustments they'll have been able to make in the first place.
