Manhattan rent hits record high

Taking a bite out of the big apple comes with a hefty price. In Manhattan, rent has never been as expensive as it is now. It just hit another all-time high: According to a report by two major brokerage firms, monthly rent for a condo in Manhattan was more than 38-hundred dollars in April. That's a 39 percent increase from a year earlier. 23ABC'S Kristin Vartan tells us more.
