Contracts are DOWN- Market top?

It is hard to predict the top or bottom of any real estate market here in Arizona but there have been some dramatic changes to the numbers over the past 6 weeks worth taking a closer look at.
At the current rate we could find ourselves in at least a hot market vs crazy and perhaps approaching a balanced market.
