Rallying for affordable housing in Delano

Community organizers, Loud for Tomorrow, gathered in Delano Friday, rallying to make housing affordable for residents there. The organization says housing costs in Kern County have gone up more than 25-percent over the past two years. 23ABC'S Kristin Vartan tells us more.
