Friday afternoon, the Kern County Fire Department responded to a call for a vehicle crash, on Santa Fe way, between orange and burbank street. When firefighters arrived on scene, they found a car on fire, wedged underneath an Amtrak train. 23ABC'S Kristin Vartan tells us more.
