PLC Controls Simulation For Flow Meters | Batching PLC Day-31

A quick video showing the next step in our Batching station project to simulate the PLC controls for several flow meters so that we can test the existing & future PLC logic.

Simulating PLC controls is different than emulating.

Simulation is taking the PLC logic & allowing it to do the function it is supposed to do while using a real-world processor.

Although, you could use an emulated processor as well.

Very effective & functional.
