The next book out from Image Comics in the early days was Cyber Force, Marc Silvestri's entry into rad art market. While it has a better opening than WildC.A.T.S, Cyber Force still makes the same mistake of explaining nothing and throwing you in the deep end to figure it out yourself. At least he didn't rip off Frank Miller so there is that.
