Minimum 2 years, maximum 3 years in a single pot for my orchids, and then I have to dive in and check the health of the roots system, in an attempt to maintain the health of roots. Ideally when there is new root growth, so... we have new roots on the go and it is time to make sure that these 2 candidates continue to develop as best as possible.
