Jake Wagner has confessed and plead guilty to the murder of eight members of the Rhoden and Gilley family, found shot execution style in their homes on 4/22/2016.

Special Prosecutor, Angela Canepa, formerly with Ohio BCI, read evidence and statements from Jake that lead up to his pleas deal. Canepa stated the evidence is “overwhelming”
