Are you very flexible in your back already? Are you looking to add yet another modification to some of your poses? Backbends may be what you are looking for.
Maybe you are sitting, leaning forward too much lately and you need a way to remind yourself to straighten up.
Backbends are another tool for your toolbox. In this video, we start to talk about a few simple options to backbends. there are many more places to add backbends into your practice but today we are just introducing the idea to some of you who might be interested.
The action does not need to be huge to be effective! Start small and work your way into more depth as you get stronger in your body.
