Piecrust
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons ice water
Two cubes are 1/2 pound of butter
Mix flower sugar and salt together. And then cut butter into cubes . Blend in food processor until butter is as small as a Pie
Add 6 tablespoons of ice water not ice. Add in 1 tablespoon at a time if you need more water.Blend again take out of food processor. Place on flat firm surface and start to push the mixture together making one round disc. Take a bench knife cut into form into round disc again and then saran wrap and freeze . If you’re going to use it that day put in fridge for an hour And then Shape pie crust
