2 Program helps Council Bluffs homeowners make much-needed repairs

Council Bluffs is celebrated in person through Celebrate CB Week, hosted by the 712 Initiative. But it's more than just fun and carnival games on Friday: the AMP for Neighborhoods program is helping homeowners repair their homes in Council Bluffs.
