Eating And Training Like Pewdiepie For 24 Hours
WHAT IS GOING ON BROS!!!!!! Today I am starting a new series where I will be eating and training like celebrities I find interesting. Today we start off with Pewdiepie!! To keep things interesting I will be making a pre workout and post workout meal with recipes specially made by Felix. Below are the recipes in this video for you to try! Swedish not Swedish Pancakes:
6.5 fl oz all purpose flour
13.5 fl oz milk
2 eggs
unsalted butter
pinch of salt
Fillings of choice (Jam, Nutella, etc)
Heat pan on medium heat. Whisk together eggs and milk until combined. Mix flour and salt, sift into wet mixture and whisk until well combined. Butter the hot pan carefully and pour some batter into pan and spread the batter around the pan for a thinner pancake. let cook for about 3-5 mins flip and cook additional 3-5 mins. Repeat until batter is finished. Add filling of choice and roll your pancake up and ENJOY!!!
Swedish Meat Balls:
1 pound minced meat of choice
1 pound the little potato company microwavable potatoes
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grilled onions
seasonings of choice
1/2 stick butter
cranberry jam
Swedish Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 cup heavy cream
Heat pan with butter. Mix minced meat with grilled onions, 1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasonings and combined well. Roll small amounts into bite size meat balls. Cook in butter for 10-15 mins turning over occasionally. The last 5 mins microwave potatoes as directed. Remove meatballs. In same pan add 1 cup heavy cream and soy sauce and whisk for 5 minutes until gravy consistency. Plate meatballs with potatoes and pour gravy over food, enjoy meat balls with cranberry jam!!
