Two dogs abandoned, one taken to a shelter and one was left behind.

Marianne was abandoned with her friend. Animal Control managed to capture the friend and take him to the shelter. The first thing I asked JoAnn Wiltz to do is to locate that dog so we can reunite them, but since the public has a higher priority than rescues at the shelter, a private party was able to adopt the dog, and unfortunately (due to their privacy policy), they wouldn't share the adopter's contact information.Show more
