In this episode, Fuquan shows us the progress of both his properties through phase 2, into phase 3, and finally to the completed properties.

At first we see the properties in phase 2, with completed interior framing, exterior siding, and a new porch. After 2 weeks, with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, gas, and a new cement path, the property gets its rough inspection, followed by insulation and sheetrock work to end off phase 2. Finally, we see the property through finishing touches, tiles, cabinets, paint, and landscaping.

In the end, Fuquan shows us both completely renovated properties.
