Epis. 17.1 - 2022 Mini Series: Social Security Disability Function Report Q No 5 - Dos and Not-So-Much's

The famous or infamous Social Security Disability Function Report (FR) (SSA-3373), can be the vehicle that sinks your claim due to inadvertent omission, mischaracterized narrative, and pure non-responsiveness. While the FR generally can't win your case for you, it is uber important because it CAN sink your case. And it is a permanent part of your SS folder into perpetuity.
