With over twenty years of experience, Donnie P. knows how to take an idea and turn it into a successful venture. Upon graduating from Southern University A&M College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, he established his first business, Community Case Management, which provided adolescent substance abuse counseling. Next, he started A Plus Home Care Services, a non-medical in-home care service that he opened to national franchises in 2012 and sold in 2019.
Donnie P. is currently the owner and founder of a business investment company, OSD Holdings, LLC, as well as a cannabis dispensary, Green Leaf. Always guided by his strong ethics, he develops business platforms that uplift others, regardless of their economic status.
