A great practice for stress relief while at work, it only takes one minute! This practice is simple yet incredibly powerful! Just one minute can change the way you perceive the world, when we are stressed we see life as threat but by taking this one minute we can take a break from the chaos. Sometimes we just need to take a break from the issues of the day, we need to hit the pause button in life and this practice does just that!
