And this is why there is so much interest in the end times.

God Makes A Promise To Abraham
Genesis 12:1-3

-God Promises To BLESS Abraham

-God Promises To MAKE A Great Nation From Abraham

-God Promises To MAKE Abraham A Blessing To Other Nations.

-God Promises To BLESS Those Who Bless Him

-God Promises To CURSE Those Who Curse Him

God’s Promise To Abraham Reveals A MISSION and FUTURE

God’s Promise Has 7 Important Aspects To It:

1. It Is UNCONDITIONAL: God gave no provision for it to changed or altered.

2. It Is PERSONAL: God made the promise by Himself

3. It Is NATIONAL: His plan was to make them a Nation among other nations.

4. It Is TERRITORIAL: His promise include land.

5. It Is RECIPROCAL: His promised to BLESS and CURSE

6. It Is UNIVERSAL: Galatians 3:14

7. It Is ETERNAL: This promise was:
INITIATED (Genesis 12:1-3)

FORMALIZED (Genesis 15:1-21)
God formalized the covenant with Abraham.

AMPLIFIED (Genesis 17:1-18:21)

Q. Why Did God Choose Israel? It was His sovereign purpose.

Deut 7:7-8

Isaiah 45:5

Deut 9:6-7

It has nothing to do with merit
It has nothing to do with being the largest, most powerful
It has nothing to do with knowing who God was
It has nothing to do with their righteousness, they stiff-necked and rebellious.

He chose them be cause He chose them.

God does not save us because we deserve it, He saves us because He loves us.
