Automation for efficiency? Background... how to find better ways to do "what was always done", think outside the box. Also, how does one that is suddenly surprised with a manager that questions everything you do and all you have as an answer is "That's what they trained me to do". Third, how do you determine if you're spending too much time on something not really productive or important. Thanks.
