Dora Class Oiler ISTRA

The Dora Class Ship ISTRA is a replenishment oiler of the Russian Navy Black Sea Fleet. Istra was built in WW2 for the Kriegsmarine. Dora Class Istra also served with the royal navy as Empire Tigina.
