In the late 1880s, National Institutes of Health (NIH) was established with the objective to conduct intensive research and identify solutions to one of the dangerous diseases like AIDS, Cancer and of course the coronavirus. However, since it became part of the United States Department of Health and Human Services, it seems they are turning more into a profit making organization with rules of their own. And when the infamous Dr. Anthony Fauci joined NIH in 1968, the agency started assuming more powers without even being authorized to do so.
