Highland Park and Mt Washington Eldred St steepest street in Los Angeles

I walked some residential streets in Highland Park and Mt. Washington neighborhoods of Los Angeles. On Mt. Washington, I walked up Eldred street, which is the steepest street in Los Angeles at 33%.
