Replacing the Antenna Mast on a Ford Contour

I ran the antenna mast into a closing garage door. That mast wasn't that old I replaced it in October 2021 when the mast cable broke.

This process was much easier because I didn't have to remove the antenna power unit to fish out the end of the broken mast cable.
